After looking at the hp envy 15 owners forum, I have come to the conclusion that to play games on your lap(or any other unbalanced object) causes the coolsense function in the computer to downclock the cpu greatly(exp. 2.x ghertz to .07ghertz) which in turn causes stuttering of audio and freezing of the game for 30-1min. The solution given by the people on the forums is to 1) turn it off 2) buy a desk. Is this software/hardware really that inefficient? I would love to know if there is an update or software fix for this. Seeing how hp tech support didn't know this, I can assume that this is not on their list of computer issues.

The Vita is a long way away from failing, it has had quite an alright launch considering the price. Plus the vita has got so many things coming out like the PS Suite which may bring in some casual gamers, plus ps one games.
Also the Vita has a lot of games coming out for it, and I'd say get one now anyway, if the vita has a price drop (which is unlikely) they will give customers who bought the vita early another 20 game free program that the 3ds had.
