Pcsx2 low game speed?

On my computer i have the ps2 emulator "pcsx2 0.9.8" with the latest plugins and bios, but for some reason Final Fantasy XII which has worked pretty good past is now slow as hell since i began playing on it again after 3 months. I can't figure out the reason. I've tried many different kinds of settings for my emulator and watched many youtube-videos but nothings helped me so far.

My plugin settings:
GSdx 4600 (MSVC 15.00, SSE41) 0.1.16 [gsdx-sse4-r4600] with renderer Direct3D11 (Hardware)
LilyPad svn (r4510) 0.10.0 [lilypad-r4600]
SPU2-X r4600m 1.4.0 [spu2-x-r4600]
cdvdGigaherz (r4510) 0.8.0 [cdvdGigaherz]
USBnull Driver 0.7.0 [USBnull]

and my computerinfo:
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i71.73GHz
GPU: Radeon HD 6370M 1GB
RAM: 4GB

Anyone got any idea why it runs slow then please tell me.
