quick question about acer aspire 5733 laptop?

yep mine started overheating 3 months after its purchase and it started shutting off randomly at around 5 months after its purchase. then finally at the 6 month mark its hard drive disc crashed and I had to sell it for $90. Even though it was still covered under its warranty Acer Customer Support still wanted 199.99 to fix it which I did not want to do. It had a 500 gb hard drive and I had GTA San Andreas, Assassin's Creed II, Oblivion, and many other games on it. It is not necessarily a gaming pc, but i made things work. I really would not recommend this pc to anyone. the thing is cheaply made and the customer service on it is crappy. I really wanted to get a gaming pc but I did not have the money at the time. If I were you I would sell it and get a better pc.

It will run san andres and godfather 2 fine. Maffia 2 might run on low settings, but it's a pretty heavy game so don't expect too much from it. Get a laptop with a better graphics card if you want to game on it.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with that specific model, but I have never seen any Acer branded computer go more than a few months before something broke on it. There's a reason they sell their stuff so cheap.

I'm using a 5745G at this time but I never had any hardware problem with acer laptops . and about games , your games are a bit old so you shouldn't have any problem about this
